Returns

• You need to return your items within 7 days receiving your order. 

• ALL original tags must be attached. The items need to be in the same state you received them (in a resalable condition) 

• We do not refund however we can offer to resend you a different size of the item purchased and the resend shipping will be at your cost 

• We do not refund the original shipping cost

• Change of mind returns will not be accepted unless the item is faulty

• We do not offer refunds on sale items

PLEASE ALWAYS MEASURE YOUR DOG TWICE TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE PERFECT FIT FOR YOUR PUP!
