Coming in two versatile colours, our Merino wool sweater is soft, meaning it is gentle on your dogs skin. No more rubbing under the front legs or any irritation at all when wearing a sweater!

You can machine wash on a gentle cycle in warm or cool water or hand wash and scrub softly to protect fibres.

Shipping & Returns

We will take returns if you follow the below process:
  • You need to return your items within 7 days receiving your order. 
  • ALL original tags must be attached. The items need to be in the same state you received them (in a resalable condition) 
  • We do not offer refunds however we can offer to resend you a different size of the item purchased OR a different design and the resend shipping fee will be at your cost if it is at the customers fault.
  • We do not refund the original shipping cost (unless it is at Slinky The Labels fault)
  • Change of mind returns will not be accepted unless the item is faulty
  • We do not offer refunds on sale items

Shipping & Delivery Times

Your parcels will be sent via Australia Post e-parcel. Delivery times vary depending on your State, City and Post Code. 

International Shipping - your parcels will be sent via Australia Post then will be passed off to your local courier for delivery. (please scroll to the bottom of the page to see all information regarding international shipping)

Delivery Times & Delays

All details can be found at

Express orders within Metro Areas will arrive within 1-3 business days. (Please keep all possible delays with Aus Post in mind) 

Standard orders arrive within 2-7 business days. (Please keep all possible delays with Aus Post in mind) 

You can track your parcel through the website. 

A signature will be required for delivery. If no-one is available to sign for your parcel, the courier should leave a card letting you know where you will need to collect your parcel from which will most likely be your local post office :)

As this may not always happen, we strongly advise you to keep track of your delivery through the courier tracking number that can be found in your notification of dispatch email. If under the circumstance that you cannot pick up your parcel within the 14 day period that The Post Office will keep this there for, the order will be returned to us. This will require us to resend your parcel and the customer will need to pay for the re shipping fee. 

Please always ensure that your shipping details and email are correct before completing your checkout as Slinky The Label will not take any responsibility for incorrect addresses. If you do notice that you made a mistake whilst checking out. Please contact customer care at so that we can fix this up before the order is dispatched. If we have already dispatched your item there is nothing more that we can do to amend any incorrect details. (You can contact Australia Post yourself and see if they can redirect the parcel for you, which they can often do if a parcel is still in transit)

We ship all orders out right away meaning SAME DAY DISPATCH, for all orders placed before 2:00pm. Please note if there is a sale on or if there is a public holiday we may take 1-2 business days to dispatch your parcel. 

(all human accessories/clothing items will be dispatched within 1-4 business days)

Postage Cost

All postage costs will be calculated at the time of checkout and this will depend on your location. 

If your parcel is running late - 

- If it’s within two days of the ETA, just sit tight – it won’t be far away!

- Once a parcel has arrived in its destination country, the local postal authority for that country will deliver it – which means they control the final delivery date (and we can’t always track it for you, sorry!)
